Cancellation Policy

Once your appointment is canceled, you may reschedule only once within the same month using your deposit. However, if you cancel on the same day, your deposit will not be reusable. If you’re 15 minutes late you will be charged $15 extra. If your more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.
